I'm an Australian-trained psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Western Sydney. Prior to moving to Israel, I worked as a psychologist at a private psychiatric hospital, St John of God, in Australia. In this role, I helped treat adults with anxiety and depression using both group and individual therapy. I then worked in the mother and baby unit in the hospital and became the primary psychologist, treating women with postpartum depression and anxiety.

I now have a private practice in Raanana where I treat adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, and general life difficulties. My specialty is in pregnancy and post-partum mental health. As a mother myself, I'm particularly passionate about helping new mothers who are struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as general adjustment to motherhood.

My main treatment model is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I incorporate mindfulness, emotion regulation skills, and an Attachment perspective, where suitable. My approach to therapy is empathic, non-judgmental, and direct. I will work collaboratively with you to develop insight and gain coping skills so that you can feel empowered to understand and navigate your current difficulties.
